How to join a TikTok LIVE agency

Who can join?

• You're 18 or over. You need to be 18 to go LIVE on TikTok, and to send or receive gifts.
• You can go LIVE. 1,000 followers is the commonly reported minimum. TikTok decides this per account.
• You're not with another network. You can only be part of one LIVE Creator Network at a time.

How joining works

1. 1

   Pick an agency

   Look for a LIVE Creator Network approved by TikTok in your country. Use our checklist for spotting scams first.

2. 2

   Apply or get in touch

   Most agencies have an application form. At Upfluence, you apply here and a creator manager gets in touch.

3. 3

   Accept the invitation in TikTok

   The agency sends you an invitation through TikTok. You'll usually find it in LIVE Center, under Creator Network Center. Menu names can differ slightly between app versions.

4. 4

   Get started

   After you accept, the agency can see how your LIVEs perform and start helping you. At Upfluence you also get our app and access to the community.

You never need to give an agency your password or login code. The whole process runs through the TikTok app.

What to ask before you accept

• Are you approved by TikTok as a LIVE Creator Network, and in which country?
• Who will be my contact, and how often will we talk?
• Does it cost me anything? Do you take any of my earnings?
• What happens if I want to leave?

Can you leave again?
